What is the difference between Training Mode and Execution Mode?+
In AgenQ Training Mode, AgenQ shows the steps and your employee does the task. In AgenQ Execution Mode, AgenQ completes approved tasks and a person approves the important steps. Explore Training Mode and Execution Mode.
Can employees type or speak their questions?+
Staff can ask AgenQ by typing or speaking, in plain English, with no special commands.
Can we start with Training Mode and add Execution Mode later?+
Your agency can start with AgenQ Training Mode and add Execution Mode for approved tasks later. Your agency chooses when to enable execution.
Setup and Getting Started
How long does it take to set up AgenQ?+
Setting up AgenQ takes a few hours. Staff add the AgenQ Chrome extension, and the AgenQ team sets up the tasks inside EZLynx or AMS360. Read the setup steps.
How much time does setup take from our agency?+
AgenQ setup takes a few hours of your agency's time. Your team identifies the tasks that matter most and shares any existing procedures; the AgenQ team handles the setup work.
Who does the setup?+
The AgenQ team does most of the setup. Your agency identifies the tasks that matter most and shares any procedures already in use.
What happens when our AMS changes its screens?+
Screen changes may require guided tasks to be updated. During setup, agree on who reports screen changes, who updates the task and how the updated task is checked before use.
Do we need written procedures first?+
No. If your agency has written procedures, AgenQ follows them. If not, AgenQ starts with the standard steps and you can add your own way of working later.
Supported Software
Which agency management systems does AgenQ support?+
AgenQ supports EZLynx and Vertafore AMS360, including the new AMS360 interface. More systems are planned.
Does AgenQ work with the new AMS360 interface?+
AgenQ is configured around the AMS360 screens your agency uses. Ask the AgenQ team to confirm support for your specific AgencyOne screens before setup.
What if we use a different AMS?+
Tell the AgenQ team which agency management system you use at founder@agenq.com. AgenQ will discuss whether support is available for your software and tasks.

Can we control who uses AgenQ and what it does?+

Can we see what AgenQ did?+
AgenQ records every step and change in audit logs. Your agency can review the actions taken.
Is private deployment available?+

Where is our data stored, and for how long?+
AgenQ stores data in the United States and keeps it for 90 days. See Security and Control.
Can AgenQ see everything on our screen?+
No. AgenQ only sees the EZLynx or AMS360 window. It does not see other applications, tabs or anything else on your screen.
