- What exactly am I paying for?
- Pricing is based on deploying an AI Product Assistant, not on the number of users. A plan covers the NINAs you run and the workflows they know, so onboarding your whole user base costs the same as onboarding one person.
- What counts as a workflow?
- A workflow is one click-by-click path through your product that NINA has been taught, inviting a teammate, configuring permissions, filing a claim. Each is learned once and then guided for every user who asks.
- What happens if we go over our included minutes?
- Usage beyond your monthly allowance is billed at $0.07 per minute on Starter and Growth. Enterprise plans include unlimited usage, so there is no overage to track.
- Can we change plans later?
- Yes. Plans differ by scale, autonomy, and control rather than by end-user experience, so moving up adds NINAs, workflows, and usage without changing how the assistant behaves for your users.
